For the last month I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage session 2x a week with Felix, an exceptional massage therapist who uses stretching, deep tissue massage, and hydrotherapy to create a truly rejuvenating and healing experience.
On the first session he took the time to listen to my concerns and customize the session to address my specific needs. The sessions are absolutely amazing. Starting with gentle stretching to warm up my muscles and loosen any tension. This was followed by a deep tissue massage that worked out all the knots and kinks in my muscles. I was particularly impressed by his ability to apply the perfect amount of pressure, finding just the right balance between deep tissue work and relaxation. The hydrotherapy component of the session was an added bonus.
