Prior to hire, each caregiver must pass SEVEN rigorous background checks, as well as a thorough screening and interview process requiring professional reference verifications and competence testing. Caregivers must pass physical examinations and hold a current CPR certification. CareFocus prides itself on training? Our employees are employed directly by CareFocus Companion Services, not subcontracted.
Every patient's needs vary, and therefore, so do our rates. We aim to provide industry-leading care that isn't cost prohibitive, and we'll work with you to find a way to use our services in a way that's affordable for your unique situation.
We'll advocate and assist with any existing long-term care insurance and help to find the amount of care that works for you. We know homecare needs don't always fit into 4-hour blocks, so we're available from just a few minutes to hours a day. Call us with questions, we're happy to walk you through the costs and process.
