This role is a leadership role in the Technology Enablement and Adoption organization TEA , overseeing the management of a cross-functional team of OCM managers, customer success managers, knowledge managers and communications specialists.
In addition, this role provides guidance and standards to communications specialists across the TEA organization, and partner with internal communications teams across TWDC. The purpose of this job is to increase productivity and engagement amongst TWDC cast members and employees who utilize Enterprise Technology services and products.
The chief methods of achieving this purpose are to evangelize technology offerings, develop adoption and organizational change management strategies, and provide guidance and training, as well as the voice of the customer.
He or she maintains and creates new relationships with executives, communications teams, learning and development teams, IT partners, other business partners such as Global Information Security and various HR groups and others as needed. He or she is a conduit between the Enterprise Technology service and product teams and the users of the products. This job requires expertise in the use and management of products and services that are provided by the Digital Experience platform and product teams, as well as expertise in internal communications within a technology organization.
Minimum of 10 years of facilitating the use and management of collaboration, CMS, and Web technologies. Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns.
