Celebrations are meant to be FUN, and with our packages, you can relax and enjoy your day at the water park as everything is taken care of! Available to all Hawaii residents with a valid state or U. Military ID. Over the phone booking requires a minimum of two weeks advance notice and payment in full. Upon confirmation all tickets and food orders must be finalized and paid in full seven 7 days prior to the event date. Customer may add-on additional tickets and food on top of the original paid order no later than five 5 days prior to the event date and subject to availability and will be assessed a nominal rush order fee.
Should final payment not received seven 7 days prior, your entire order will be cancelled as well as your reserved area and initial deposit forfeited.
No refunds will be given if the event is cancelled by the customer within seven 7 days prior to the event date. Cash payment is only accepted during normal hours of operations. Credit card payments are accepted over the phone and online daily. All orders will receive phone confirmation within 24 hours from the time of booking or contact us x to speak to a Birthday Party Representative. Customer is allowed to bring in their own non-perishable celebratory cake and provide paper good and serving utensils.
All gifts brought into the park for the birthday celebrant must be unwrapped and contained in an unsealed paper gift bag and is subject to search.
Wrapped presents are not allowed inside the park. You may receive wrapped present in front of the park as you are greeting your guests and store them in the trunk of your vehicle at your own discretion. Each guest is allowed to bring in their own personal unopened sealed bottled water into the park or empty hydro flask. Water filling station available by each of the restrooms located inside the park. Goodie bags are permissible and must be distributed towards the end of day and whistles are strictly prohibited inside the park.
