We do not close for the winter, only closed on Christmas Day and the first 2 weeks of February exact date to come. Currently open: Drive thru, playground, picnic area, gift shop, restrooms.
We are planning to restart wagon rides Spring exact date to come, but we are currently booking group trips. Please remember we do not accept credit or debit cards and no pets allowed.
Thank you! Includes the drive-thru in your own vehicle and walk around the petting zoo. Includes a guided horse-drawn wagon ride tour through our animal park. Comes with feed for the animals and general admission. Feeding from the car is OPEN! Walk Through: Open everyday with the exception of a few smaller bird exhibits. Monday-Saturday 9am until one hour before sunset, arrive by 4pm Sunday 12pm until one hour before sunset, arrive by 4pm.

From animal habitats to reproduction, the Lazy 5 Ranch provides students with hands-on, face-to-face education. The Lazy 5 Ranch is open seven days a week. However, if storms, extreme heat and even snow are predicted, please call us at to confirm our hours.
