Capped at 5 members per session, each individual will participate in a minute small group class. The session will flow as follows:. As the athlete continues through their training session, the coach will be attentive and hands-on to assess movement, offer valuable feedback, and answer any questions that arise throughout the hour.
During the onboarding phase, we will schedule a FREE, face-to-face one-on-one consultation with a coach to delve into your goals and conduct a thorough movement assessment. Following this initial session, the coach will craft a personalized training regimen tailored for your goals.
