The hotel is perfectly located in the old city center. There is easy access to everything, whether walking or taking public transportation. The hotel itself is exceptional with friendly and efficient staff. The food and drinks are outstanding. From breakfast to fine dining. The traditional Bavarian restaurant is also special with a variety of freshly brewed beers and delectable traditional menu items.
I would recommend reservations for both. The beds and pillows make for a very comfortable and restful sleep. The breakfast room is nice and the buffet perfect for a breakfast. The good stuff first: the location is amazing. The room is clean and has a kettle, fridge and complimentary water and coffee.
You can earn coins by opting out of housekeeping that you can use for the coffee vending machine at the lobby. It is expensive but one of the cheapest I found in the Old Town area. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The double bed is made up of two singles and the mattress that we got was really worn out in the middle so we kept on sinking towards the gap.
