Here at the Pearl St Co-op, we are a diverse community of about students from all around the world and of all ages. Our members have done all sorts of amazing things and each contributes to the house in their own special way.

Originally built as a girls dormitory, the Pearl St Co-op building is filled with the history of past residents, even famous ones like Farrah Fawcett.
While our Lady Pearl may look like a dorm on the outside, over the years our halls have been decorated and painted, creating a very unique space. There are residential rooms for up to members, as well as many other common areas for studying and social events. Apply online with no fee and no commitment!
