They were a lot of fun I also miss the Grand Balls that were held in the evenings. The ball gowns were gorgeous, but very hot and heavy! Liddle Kiddles are my down time fun ones to do. Everyone has their specialty and I have learned so much from them, and have been given such a wonderful opportunity to be introduced to so many creative people, different dolls, crafts and arts.

The smokiness from the brulee topping of the confit overwhelmed the apple that it rendered it to blandness. No one on the table could actually taste any apple at all.
The ice cream was nicely spiced and it would be great if the apple flavor from the cake existed - it would've been a good accompaniment. Silky salmon with a touch of heat and acidity from the vinaigrette and a sharp, herbal flavor from the topping which I can't recall at the moment. Good but not as great as the mushroom. It's actually the kitchen for the main dining room.
I didn't know that until we talked briefly to Jean-Georges Vongerichten himself. And I actually shook hands with him. Part of Marc's "Winter" dessert. It's surprisingly subtle. I was expecting a more pronounced tartness from the pomegranate. He's very cute and seemed to be mild mannered and well-liked by the other surfers I had stopped the car and picked up the binoculars to watch the diving pelicans when three surfers stopped to talk right in front of my windshield.
Since I could no longer see the birds, I photographed the boys. I've always said we have some of the most beautiful scenery here on the Central Coast of California.
