If you fail to arrive to the Escape Lounge within 2 hours of your pre-booked time, we reserve the right to free your seat. Children aged months enter Escape Lounge for free. There is no need to contact us if your infant is under the age of 2 years old. Please call free on to make us aware if you are bringing children aged months. Groups larger than 6 are not permitted in the Lounge, whether booked together or separately.
Separate bookings forming a group larger than 6 will be refused access to the Lounge and no refunds will be given. Groups larger than 6 are not permitted in the Escape Lounge without prior authorisation. During busy periods from May to October, we do not accept bookings for groups larger than 6 people.
