Amazing upper body massage today by Gemma, I knew the focus would need to be my shoulders, but not even i realised just how bad they were!
Thankfully, Gemma worked her magic, even adding in some cupping after explaining what it was and why it would hopefully be beneficial to me, and gaining my consent. I'm excited to see how it feels in a couple days when full benefits should be showing, and will be booking again soon! I know there are no quick fixes, but little bits each time with someone wanting to help is a huge bonus!
