Whether it is connecting with an individual or working on a new project that is dear to you, there is a certain balance of effort and ease that comes together when it is the right time for something to happen. Forcing often creates chaotic results that are not in line with what you originally aspired to. Especially with projects, sometimes there are false starts or you are a little too early for it to get traction.
This message is not to be confused with the idea that what is for you will simply happen. It takes finding your middle path for things to truly flow. Finding the right partner can make life beautiful, but only if you add to that beauty by doing your own inner work.
Society has fed us the false story that a good partner can solve everything for us, that falling in love is the answer to our problems, but it is that type of mentality that causes many connections to break. We expect deep emotional solutions from each other that can only come from intentionally processing our own past. Feeling whole and loving yourself does not come from a relationship, it is something you have to spark from within. The most profound happiness is not given, it is created by accepting yourself.
A good partner can certainly share their joy with us, but we have to have our own inner joy to fully receive it. Everyone has their own idea of how things should be. Some of our ideas will be similar and others will be radically different from each other. Even the ones that are incredibly similar do not line up perfectly. If you look closely, you will find some small divergence or another. This is why harmony is built on the concept of letting go.
Because the spectrum of opinions is so vast, there is no way to perfectly please everyone. Whether in families, friendships, relationships or when considering larger groups like nations, our opinions and views will never precisely align.
