This was a lovely hotel immediately opposite the station. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was extremely well presented, warm and comfortable.
Continental breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I would thoroughly recommend. I stayed at The Cloud One Hotel this past weekend, and the experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing! It was truly incredible! To top it off, we were upgraded to a gorgeous room on the 28th floor and allowed to check in early without any additional charges. The service was impeccable from beginning to end. A special thank you to Michael, Alexia, and the entire Cloud One Hotel family for making our stay unforgettable.

The noise outside form neighbouring properties at 5am was annoying - as was the hotel key card resetting itself 2 our of the 4 days I stayed for. Excellent location, friendly staff.
Very comfortable and clean rooms. Would highly recommend. Motel One Zurich continues to deliver a high quality experience with very clean rooms, world class housekeeping, and a satisfying breakfast buffet. I had a great stay everything was great and easy. Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to have a luggage rack in the room so bags do not sit on the floor. Excellent room and Excellent service! Bed mattress had seen better days.
