One year later, Diddy was arrested by federal agents in September after being indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. The news came after an ongoing investigation into Diddy's alleged crimes, which included federal agents raiding the rapper's Los Angeles home in March of the same year.
Diddy wasn't present for the raid, however, Justin and Christian were seen handcuffed outside of the Beverly Hills mansion. Christian was at the center of new allegations in a complaint filed in early April when a woman accused him of sexually assaulting her when she was working on Diddy's yacht. His children were in attendance at the October hearing in Manhattan where a judge determined his trial would begin on May 5, They were joined by Diddy's mother, Janice Combs.
