We offer a range of different massages: Classical, Back-, Whole body -, Sports- or medical massage. It is proper for hardening, muscular tensions, disturbances of the musculoskeletal system. Therefore different grip techniques are used: Scratching, dispersing, rubbing, knocking and shattering. The classical massage is used as prevention und treatment of muscular tensions, headaches which are caused by muscular tensions , for pain relief, for the relaxation of the cellular connective tissues and the skin and for stress relief.
A treatment includes 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Unilateral office work, psychological stress or an unhealthy posture lead very often to tensions in the shoulder and neck area, without proper compensation this leads to pain and shortened muscles.
A professional massage is the right treatment for that! At this juncture the muscles get stretched and relaxed, blockages are eased. The sport-massage is a completion of the classical massage. Therefore grips and techniques from the classical massage are used but also supplementary grips to respond on the particular desires of the athlete.
