My name is Karri Grenier and throughout the years, I have put my body through some traumatic events - some because of things I enjoy like, biking, skiing, snowshoeing etc; but most were accidental via horseback riding, car accidents, stepping of the sidewalk wrong - you get the picture.
Broken nose, broken pelvis, chronic back and neck pain, torn ligaments in my ankle, things I still deal with today. Several years ago, I had my first massage and it made a huge difference in my body. Out of all the things that I tried, massage was the one thing that truly made a difference in managing my pain, which is why I became a Massage Therapist. I don't think any of us enjoy pain and I'm sure most of us find ourselves in the rat race of stress and commitments in our daily lives.
Statistics say that disease can be brought on by stress. So why do we do this to ourselves? Why not se t aside time for yourself and make an appointment and experience how good you can feel - not just to "pamper yourself", but to help heal your body as a whole - mind, body and soul.
