Whilst on your trip to France make sure you save a slot for wine tasting. As you leave the larger cities and travel out into the countryside and smaller villages, it's always a treat to see the little local shops thriving unlike a lot of other European countries. The local butchers, bakers, veg shops and cafes are the heart of the towns.
