Two men are facing serious charges in separate incidents involving undercover operations by Cedar Rapids police. Kevin Cox, 39, of Hiawatha, Iowa, has been charged with prostitution after allegedly attempting to purchase sexual services from an undercover officer.

In a separate case, Joshua Allen Rahn of Burlington, Iowa, is facing multiple charges, including sexual exploitation of a minor and enticing a minor for sexual purposes. Police allege that Rahn engaged in explicit conversations with an undercover officer posing as a year-old girl. The conversations reportedly began on Dec.
