When times are tough and you are at your lowest, that is when you find true strength Find God and learn to love yourself inside and out Finding your purpose is a true journey that may last a lifetime. Learn to enjoy the journey, find peace, and find true happiness. Appreciate what you have and have gratitude. But understand that it is okay to feel emotional, sad, tired, and overwhelmed. Allow yourself to go through this and allow yourself the strength to let go and do the work to move forward You may not reach your goal as fast as you want but the minor steps you take mean the most.
