These modalities can be enjoyed on their own in set windows of time, or they can be enjoyed together in my expert-curated rituals. Whether you select either a central modality or a ritual, we always begin with a consultation before every session to connect and identify the personal challenges or goals your body needs to address in our time together that day.
I will offer expert recommendations and a variety of enhancements are available to add to your session. Manual lymphatic drainage is a light, repetitive manual technique that consists of gliding, stretching, and compressing over the skin. Lymphatic drainage boosts your immune system, opens detox pathways, and provides an analgesic effect. This treatment focuses on opening lymphatic pathways, assisting with lymph flow, calming inflammation, and excreting built up waste.
Contrary to traditional massage, which focuses on muscle tension and alignment, lymphatic drainage focuses on mobilizing fluid and increasing circulation and therefore it is not a deep pressure technique. Book in 60, 75 or 90 minute intervals or ask for a portion of your time to be dedicated to another modality, such as massage. Holistic facials combine herbal remedies with facial and scalp massage to relax and reinvigorate the skin and spirit.
Slow beauty facials can be enjoyed on their own, or as an addition to integrated bodywork and manual lymphatic drainage. Integrated bodywork includes a massage focused on releasing muscular, stress, and myofascial tension, and can be enhanced with a diverse array of techniques and tools including but not limited to aromatherapy, hot stones, and cupping.
