In phase 1, Ridgeline Strategy will work closely with company leaders and team to identify and document all stakeholder needs and to assess underlying execution risks, including technology-scaling, novelty, team bandwidth and growth, cost, safety, and product-market fit. In phase 2, Ridgeline Strategy will provide recommendations for an updated execution plan, including actionable company goals tied to fundraising plans, technology and commercial risk-reduction measures to be taken, and recommendations for building a collaborative, high-functioning team collectively focused on achieving those goals.
