If the Guest does smoke or vape, they can do so outdoors in designated smoking or vaping areas. Smoking or vaping on all lanais and balconies is also prohibited. Guests are responsible for discarding all smoking debris appropriately.
Travel Insurance: Upon request, you can opt for travel insurance provided by Generali Global Assistance. This insurance is non-taxable and can be added to your Rental Agreement when you make your reservation.
The insurance covers only those individuals listed on the Rental Agreement. We highly recommend getting travel insurance to safeguard your rental payment, including the down payment. The Guest is required to place a credit card on file at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Reservations made within 61 days of arrival require payment in full for entire reservation amount.
