The overall facilities are acceptable, but the attitude is not good. It's a hotel for transit use. Good location to access to airport. Took over 1 hour at checkin wait line. Only 1 staff at reception is doing checking while 5 to 6 staff are doing something else with a line of over 20 people.
Smell like smoking in room. Need to change room. It's good value for a short stay but don't expect much services. Beds are comfy, size of the room is good, staff are very friendly and helpful. Their biryani was amazing. Location is good. They have good facilities salon for men and women which we needed And a little supermarket Overall experience was good. Hotel and staff where exceptional.
Hotel offerd a great deal while booked directly. Welcoming was great. Swimming pool is big. Breakfast is simple but food is outstanding. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
