Interest in a new 10 year programme and attendance at an Industry Event to be held in Cardiff in late March is encouraged from companies with expertise in one or more of the following areas:. The Industry Event described in this PIN is for a 10 year capability programme, which will likely not be let as a single contract but as separate capability contracts.
Small to Medium Enterprises are welcome and the Industry Event will provide opportunity for industry to explore options for supply chain formation. It is not required that Potential Suppliers have competence in all areas and specialist companies are encouraged to attend the Industry Event.
Attendance is also encouraged from companies at all tiers of the supply chain. Potential Suppliers should note that participation in the Industry Event is entirely voluntary and the Authority will not bear any associated costs.
There is no commitment on the part of the Authority to enter into any binding contractual arrangement following engagement with Potential Suppliers through the Industry Event. Neither attendance at the Industry Event nor submission of responses to the Authority will be taken into consideration in any future competitive tendering process.
