Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs. Food and Nutrition Services and Environmental Services are essential support services for the delivery of safe, quality care. The incumbent effectively performs a range of administrative support, management and administrative tasks in support of management in connection with the responsibilities, missions and visions of these two cross-functional sectors. The incumbent reports to the Regional Director of Food and Nutrition Services and Environmental Services and is also called upon to work in collaboration with the Assistant Director and members of the management teams of the various zones, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders, to achieve the objectives of these two sectors and according to needs and priorities.
The incumbent is therefore part of the team responsible for the smooth running of services in these two sectors. As required, and workload permitting, the incumbent may also be asked to provide more extensive administrative support to one or more management teams in one of these two sectors or to another directorate.
