According to court documents, year-old Isaac Davon Carter purchased four firearms on Aug. Then five days later, the United States Postal Inspection Service intercepted a package shipped from Cedar Rapids to California and found 10 firearms inside, including all four firearms Carter purchased, according to court records.
Carter admitted he was an unlawful drug user, lied on the ATF form to obtain the four firearms he purchased, and had procured the firearms for another person, who was with him when he purchased them. After completing his term of imprisonment, Carter will be required to serve a three-year term of supervised release.
