Chief Foley says decoys were used to uncover illegal activity. Chief Foley says human trafficking was suspected because of the age, lack of English and demeanor of some of the people working in the massage parlors.
As a result of the investigation, a search warrant was served at a residence in the block of McKenzie Court in Auburn, Julie Feng, 48, was taken into custody and charged with pimping, pandering, human trafficking and conspiracy and Phillip Hudson, 56, was arrested for pimping, pandering and conspiracy. Both subjects were booked into the Placer County Jail. Listener Line: Business Line: Comments with inappropriate language, no matter how cleverly spelled or decorated will not be posted.
