The upper limit fees for medical treatment services provided by legally qualified medical practitioners is set by reference to the Australian Medical Association AMA Fees list. This list can be purchased from Australian Medical Association. Legally qualified medical practitioners include general practitioners GPs , specialists and surgeons.
