Individuals can also choose LSS as their health care agent, power of attorney or personal representative of the estate to ensure their wishes are honored now and in the future. LSS Meals to Go is a convenient and affordable frozen meal shipment option available statewide. Choose from our menu of meals and they will ship right to your door. Neighbor to Neighbor Companions is an affordable private pay service available to anyone. Through this service, trained companions visit older adults in their home and provide friendship, assistance at home and transportation to community activities a few hours each week.
A Pooled Trust is a financial investment tool used to preserve funds that will enhance the quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Establishing a Pooled Trust can help protect eligibility for public benefits while still maintaining assets from other sources. Our Senior Companion service is available to qualifying older adults across Minnesota and North Dakota.
Trained volunteers visit older adults a few hours each week and offer friendship, support at their homes and transportation to community activities.
