Help address the safety of vulnerable adults who are at-risk of harm due to the presence or threat of abuse, neglect, or exploitation. As our Vulnerable Adult Protective Services VAPS Investigator , you will process, and assess reports of alleged abuse or neglect of adults 18 years of age and older or to minors emancipated by marriage with substantial mental or functional impairments affecting their health, safety or independence so that they may get the help or services they need to feel safe.

You must have comprehensive interviewing and screening skills, as well as problem-solving agility. You should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with community partners, including law enforcement, while working independently and within a team.
