A man who recorded himself molesting children as young as 3 years old has been convicted of 21 counts of sex crimes against children. Mike Smith said when Davis encountered the mother of a little boy at an apartment complex, Davis asked her if he could have sex with her child.
The 21 counts come from Davis either directly molesting children or possessing illegal images of them.
