For the safety of all guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Please follow the directions of the usher in your section to your assigned ticketed seat and refrain from standing in the aisles. Dancing, lingering, etc. Alcohol is available at most events at the Rose Quarter and is typically served until the start of the last period of play of sporting events or until1hour before the scheduled end of most other events.
Outside alcohol is not permitted. Only trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome at the Rose Quarter. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you plan to bring a service animal into the venue, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible for potential seating relocation.
Bags 4x6 and smaller allow you to experience our expedited entry process and walk straight through screening with your bag. Bags, other than backpacks, larger than 4x6 up to 14x14x6 are allowed but must go through a bag line to be screened by x-ray machines and will require a longer wait. Bag check cannot accept prohibited items. Compact binoculars and field glasses up to 5x8 are allowed for most events. The Rose Quarter Box Office is open am— pm Monday through Friday, two hours prior to the start of the scheduled event and 90 minutes prior to Winterhawks games.
Tickets are also available for purchase atrosequarter. For assistance with managing existing tickets, please email rq. Guests are not permitted to wait on campus before am. A: If you have your receipt, you can call the number printed on it and a customer service representative from the card company will be able to help you. A: Multiple cash-to-card kiosks will be placed around the arena for guests to convert cash to a prepaid debit card for no fee. These cards can be used anywhere inside or outside the arena.
To ensure a great experience for all our guests during an event at the Rose Quarter campus, we have Fuze charging stations, which allow you to rent a charging device to charge up your phone, tablet, etc. Children two years of age and older are required to have a ticket for an event, unless otherwise noted.
