For teens, transition-age, and adults with or without an ADHD diagnosis, to explore their unique learning styles, reduce negative self-talk, and develop critical life skills.
Helps manage various kinds of fears, worries, anxiety and panic through gentle exposure, support, and strengths-building techniques. Compassionate counseling for depression and grief to help identify triggers and develop coping skills. Provides a caring environment to identify, explore, and recover from traumatic events to live a more rewarding life.
High quality supervision for those who are working toward gaining a License. We are not in network with Medical Assistance, Medicaid, nor Medicare. We offer hours Monday through Saturday. Before your first appointment, please contact your insurance company and verify any deductible or co-pays that will due at your visit.
