I really think that a certain pizza chain in our small Texas town has one working brain cell between the two locations. I have an online order for [My Name]. Cash or card? You kind of have to pay for it online before the order will go through.
How long does it take to make more? The breadsticks are okay, but I really wanted the sauce. How long does it take to make some more? A few minutes. I get that.
But I paid for it already. Do you want something else? The manager comes back with ranch instead and shoves it at me. I come around and go inside, and instead get a full refund for the whole thing, which takes twenty minutes to do.
Does it show that I have an order? Can you check, please? Can you check for my name on there to see, please? We put it in the box for you to pick up inside.
When I come around inside, I look for the information, even though I requested drive-thru pick-up when putting the order in. I go to the counter and talk to the same employee as before. The employee walks off to grab the manager, who says the same thing to me. I would like to get my pizza and just get out of here. Is there a way you can grab the pizza and give it to me? I need a refund. This is the dumbest reason not to get a pizza.
