The importance of youth tourism on a global scale is a challenge for both tourists and tourism professionals. Through the analysis of narratives and tourist stories, our ambition is to understand to what extent this tourist segment is sensitive to the notion of sustainable tourism. As it is a hyper-connected generation Ipsos, with different travel arrangements and needs, the study of their motivations, their representations, purchasing behaviour and tourist practices is a considerable challenge not only for academic research, but also for tourism professionals.
