Toulouse South-East Toulouse 1. Hotel is located just a block from the metro. Convenient to center of town and the university. The staff, especially Carmen, were wonderful. The room is more than adequate - lots of space - a desk and a table. The breakfast was very good also. Very clean and secure. Kitchenette - which was nice to have. I was very surprised, the rooms are very comfortable, with a cooking area.

Our room was small, but well-equipped, with a comfortable fold down bed. The communal air-conditioning was very effective during the heatwave taking place during our stay.
The wi-fi was good, but the requirement to login afresh every time we returned to the room grew irritating and is out of step with normal standards. Despite our waiting until 3pm to check-in, the cleaners had not finished the room when we arrived with our keys.
