It is subject to modifications, both for hotel guests and for outside visitors. The duration of your access depends on the entrance fee. The access to the Spa Center is granted solely to those who have made prior reservations. In such cases, access fees are not refunded and discounts are not granted. The usage of the swimming pools, saunas and other facilities ends 20 minutes before the announced closing time, at which point you are invited to head to the changing rooms.
The recordings can be accessed, only in emergency cases or in cases of suspicious activities, by authorized personnel and by the police.
The are useful to ensure the safety of our guests and our location. SPA facilities may be used by these persons after strictly taking into account the contraindications shown. We recommend you make the appointments in advance for our SPA treatments and rituals, in the desired time interval. If you want to cancel a reservation, it is important to announce the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, to avoid getting charged additional costs.
Please be at the SPA Reception at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Delays reduce the time allocated to therapies. The access of children under 13 years old is forbiden in the swimming pools and saunas area, except on Fridays. Minors between 13 and 18 yers old cand use the SPA services and facilities solely accompanied by an adult parent, legal guardian.
