I was fortunate enough to win the Fitbit Versa 4 in the DeStresstival Prize draw, which took place during the end-of-year exam period. Running allows me to get outside and distract myself for an hour each day during stressful times and the DeStresstival challenge provided an opportunity to convert my movement into raffle entries.
It has helped encourage me to continue my training in both running and cycling, especially last year training for a half marathon, knowing I could get jacket potato Spud truck points was great motivation. It is a great addition and benefit to being a University of Warwick student or member of staff as it rewards you for looking after your own health! It is a really user friendly app and the competitions to enter vary throughout the year!
