Programs may employ a variety of therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy CBT , dialectical behavior therapy DBT , experiential therapy, behavior modification and others. This location caters to all genders of all ages, and includes a co-occurring substance use disorder SUD treatment approaches to help those trying to overcome addiction. Our higher level of care, the partial hospitalization program PHP , offers daily group therapy, weekly individual and family therapy, support with educational and vocational goals, and weekly psychiatry sessions for medication management.
Our lower level of care, the intensive outpatient program IOP , offers daily group therapy, and weekly individual therapy. The typical length of stay for IOP is weeks, with a schedule that starts at 5 days a week, then stepping down to 3 days per week as progress is achieved.
