He has been recognized nationally, as a Presidio Institute Fellow for his work as a cross-sector leader. Williams is a native Texan and is passionate about leading efforts to expand housing, education, health, and equitable economic development opportunities in under-served neighborhoods.
Williams also values his PhD. She is passionate about serving the families of Fresno County and has previously held leadership roles in both housing and education. She has been an advocate for children experiencing homelessness and seeks to ensure that policies and practices of the agency protect vulnerable populations. In addition, Tammy values supporting the Fresno Housing staff as they, too, seek to support the housing needs of the Fresno community.
As the chief real estate officer, Michael Duarte is responsible for multifamily housing real estate transactions for Fresno Housing. Duarte has experience working with the U. Duarte has worked on projects targeting rehabilitation and creation of new public housing, senior housing, family housing, and permanent supportive housing for the homeless. Developments completed include mixed-use and mixed-income projects and often focus on neighborhood redevelopment and investment.
