There is always welcoming staff at the front desk, there is a large kids section to color and play in while you wait for class to start, the pool is always warm so the kids can actually focus on learning to swim instead of freezing, and the changing rooms are nice and big with hair dryers, clothes dryers, and bathrooms for after.
