Erin has been practicing massage therapy since , making her one of Moncton's most experienced and capable RMTs. Erin has a passion for her work and is thorough in both assessment and treatment of specific issues. She is also warm and compassionate, giving her and her practice the perfect blend of clinical massage therapy and personal attention to each client's physical and emotional needs.
Erin is also a counsellor. Erin believes in the humanistic approach to counselling wherein she is a fellow traveler in the life of the client, there to support and listen without judgment. Her intention is to help the clients discover their own stories, strengthen interpersonal relationships and cultivate meaning in their lives. Erin uses an integrated, trauma-informed approach that is unique to each client.

Erin draws from acceptance and commitment therapy ACT , dialectical behavioral therapy DBT , narrative therapy, internal family systems IFS , attachment and emotionally focused theories, forward facing trauma therapy FFTT , and practices for emotional regulation and regulation of the nervous system. Erin is particularly interested in trauma and somatic practices where movement and the body are integrated into the practice.
Erin plans on continuing education in this field. Over the years Erin has expanded her scope of education by taking additional courses in different modalities and techniques including trigger point therapy, active release, peripheral nerve facilitation, myofascial release, Thai yoga massage, mindfulness and many more.
Erin has also recently become a certified yoga instructor. Erin draws from all of her education and experience to treat her clients and to give them the best, most effective massage experience she can.
