The Administrative Assistant will support and assist the Program in the performance of project administration tasks. Staff personnel actions such as benefit changes, employment status, personal information, etc. Accounting functions for contract billing. Maintaining current organization staffing charts by site. Screening telephone calls and visitor contact with management.
Screening and answering correspondence for management, which requires independent judgment and discretion. Performing specialized administrative tasks such as providing assistance with preparing contract reports. Establishing task priorities and maintaining an effective work schedule. Preparing administrative correspondence and reports as required. Assisting in financial analysis. Assisting or preparing management and government reports. Auditing various documents to identify and report discrepancies.
Ensuring appropriate provider registration in the Central Bill Processing System and assisting as necessary. Ensuring timely submission of all task deliverables. Other duties as assigned. Available to work full time hours with multiple shifts, including holidays and weekends, and on call.
