My Name is Annie White. LMT I have been practicing massage therapy for about 17 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, including spas and clinics but have been in private practice for most of my career.
Massage is an amazing career because it facilitates health and wellness in myself while I simultaneously help others achieve the same. I have worked in many modalities throughout the years but enjoy Hot-Stone and Barefoot techniques most of all. I have also found those techniques to be extremely effective in helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
Since I have also been a practicing wellness coach. Total wellness extends beyond the body to encompass our habits of thought, mood, work, and play.
Our lives are made up of a million tiny routines and habits. How we live each day is how we live our lives. Ashiatsu is a Barefoot Massage technique in which the therapist delivers medium to deep, broad, consistent pressure with feet and bodyweight, working with gravity, instead of against it.
