Corey was born October 14, to Priscilla P. Merchant and the late William Shark. Corey worked in the Military Sealift Command for 12 years. Corey was a very loving and kindhearted person that would freely give to anyone.
He was predeceased by his grandmother, Fannie Owens and aunt, Yvette Fisher. My Heartfelt Sympathy and Prayer goes out to the Merchant Family: While the loss of a loved one is never easy, May God be a sustain for you and your family. May God be a lifted of your heads, a strong tower. May God give you and your entire family strength and comfort for today, tomorrow and the days ahead.
