The most honest automotive shop - and we are always presented with all options and recommendations to keep our cars happy! I called BJ's on Friday and took the car in first thing am Monday. Within an hour the service was complete with recommendations for the next mile service. They don't compete on price but you get what you pay for. Sue was thorough, patiently explained their business philosophy.
I'll take the car to BJ's for my 60,m service and have them do the brakes. Strongly recommend this shop. Thanks Sue! Took My Dodge Durango in for loud Clunking noise from the front end. In less than an hour found and corrected issue for about Front desk was great no issues. We had a customer come in today on a Hyundai Sonata and wanted to get a personal inspection with a mechanic they use.
I have to say that from the very moment we pulled in Sue was there to help. They went over and assessed whole vehicle and gave it a clean bill of health.
But, it's not the clean bill of health that impressed me, it was the honesty and thoroughness in which they looked out for one of their own customers and wasn't looking to upsell. As well, it also shows the integrity we have as a company in the PreOwned vehicles we provide.
I have seen other clients use various service centers in the local area Simi, Conejo and San Fernando Valley and get told they need to do a various service work like flushes and tune up, or something was leaking on a vehicle that was still under factory warranty. My bother-in-law and various friends and acquaintances use and recommended them and now I know why! The service and integrity of BJ's Automotive is just too notch!!!
