Incorporating hot stones into our Swedish back massage. Treatment starts with a 30 minute Swedish back massage, helping to warm the muscle tissue up on the back and work in on any muscle tension. We then finish with our effleurage along with heated stones, working on certain areas of tension on the back and neck and moving the stones over and into certain muscles.
