The therapy of massage, well-being through touch, and plants, is a story that goes back long before I was born, coming from an Algerian Tuareg family in which a long line of women have erected massage as an art.
My first master was my great grandmother with whom I lived part of my childhood and who had the knowledge of ancestral medicines. In addition to my family training, I had the opportunity to develop my know-how for 4 years with an Indian master from Mauritius, who introduced me to Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. This allowed me to develop personal therapy and massage techniques, where I created my signature through these therapies. Always in this continuous quest for learning and knowledge, I first obtained a certification in shiatsu, then, a certification in aromatherapy.
Being a supporter of natural products, and in order to empower the effects of my therapies and healings , I have created my own variable synergy elixirs oils, to bond more personally to my patient. I have also created synergies for some pharmacies in Brussels.
I completed a certification training given by one of the greatest masters practicing for fifty years in naturopathy and I am now a certified naturopath-iridologist.
This deepened and improved my approach of the patient. In , I participated in the World Massage Championship IMA where I won the Gold medal as world champion in the freestyle massage category, and then I won the silver medal in all categories.
