The Leopold Museum offers customized guided tours for private groups, companies, and travel groups. As a matter of course, we can consult with you and offer special-focus guided tours. Visions of animated nature and dream images of dead cities are not just highlights of Egon Schiele's work β they were revolutionary in the Expressionist landscape genre. The peculiarity of these nature, landscape, and city paintings lies in their overcoming topographical description: in Egon Schiele's work, houses become faces, and landscapes, dispositions of the soul. Upon request, we can arrange to run two or more guided tours concurrently for groups over 25 people.
Please request your tour date as soon as possible, but at least 14 days in advance of your visit. If required, and depending on the size of the group, an earphone system may be used to help make your visit as enjoyable as possible. In case of later cancellations or no-shows of the group a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee for tours during opening hours until 6pm for minutes guided tours is EUR 75 and EUR for minutes guided tours for each group. If a group does not show up for the agreed tour date or is delayed by more than 20 minutes, the invoice amount remains the same and is due.
