Following a successful feasibility study and bond election effort in November , the City of Provo commissioned the team of VCBO and BRS to design this , square foot comprehensive recreation center.
The result was an out-of-the box recreation experience making it the largest recreation center in Utah. A climbing wall over the water, waterslides and cliff jumping inspired by Lake Powell.
